STLogics is a leader in the development of quality process assurance methods. Quality assurance ensures that the defined and standard work processes are followed, and that the client receives the quality of support they anticipated. Quality assurance can best be provided by using resources that are external to the team. Although many support engagements have been successful with process quality assurance done within the team, experience has proven that the best implementation of process and methodology occurs when this function is separate from the support process.
STLogics’ overall Quality Assurance strategy will be based on a close alignment of the test team with the development and business analysis teams. These teams will be constantly abreast of the changes being identified and approved to the user stories – those that were originally planned, as well as those that are eventually added because of the natural evolution of the system requirements. The QA team will be on point to conduct the System and Integration testing of the solution. This does not cover the unit testing of the individual system components. While verification of available components and fixes is conducted on an “as needed”, or “on availability” basis, one comprehensive test cycle will be conducted to lead out of each iteration.
