DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Analyzes, codes, tests anddocuments complex enhancements made to new and/or existing programs.

* Demonstrates proven knowledge inone or more applications or systems.

* Designs, codes, tests andadministers application programs in accordance with client specifications.

* Interprets business requirementsand identifies solutions to meet business objectives.

* Oversees the advancedtroubleshooting and problem resolution functions for software products.

* May be technical lead on largerprojects and may act as project lead on smaller projects/development efforts.

* Reviews and recommends vendorproducts, develops technical specifications and interfaces with otherapplications.

* Acts as a liaison to definebusiness requirements and/or problems and initiates maintenance of existingprograms or designs of a new application.

* Able to produce accurate,readable documentation related to software systems

* Other duties as required.
