IT Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
· Sourcingand screening of potential IT candidates for full-time roles.
· Analyzecandidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings.Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
· Trackjob orders and initiate recruitment for new roles paying close attention tohigh priority situations.
· Coordinateor conduct screening activities.
· Meetor exceed weekly expectations. Interview prospective candidates and educatecandidates on Company process(es.)
· Updateand track candidates in accordance to our standards. Establishrelationships with consultants in the specified region(s) or with specifiedclients.
· Responsiblefor increasing number of qualified applicants in the database.
· Referjob order leads and hiring manager names to Account Managers.
· Befamiliar with industry trends, including client, market and unemploymentconditions. Track/communicate new technology trends.
· Attendtraining sessions, including those where active participation is expected.
Required Skills:
· Minimumof 1 to 3 yrs of experience in the recruitment industry.
· Shouldhave strong knowledge of US Recruitment Terms like W-2, 1099, etc.
· Experienceworking with Full-time positions would be the added advantage. Should havestrong experience with Sourcing through Multiple Channels.
· Needto be a Very Strong Communicator.
· Astrong work ethic and sense of commitment.
· Ableto work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment.
· Bachelorsdegree or Masters Degree (Should have IT Background in terms of Education)Candidate should be flexible working in night shifts.
